Luster finish prints are printed with Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper

Luster finish is our most popular finish. Luster finish has less glare than glossy, but with the same color saturation & sharpness. It has a slight texture which helps defract glare. Luster finish is considered more "professional" for weddings & portraits, as well as having reduced glare and they aren't fingerprint magnets.

Other qualities include;
•Vivid color reproduction
•Deeper reds
•Clearer yellows
•More natural skin tones
•Lifelike texture and sharpness
•More brilliant whites, clear and detailed highlights
•Prints that stay beautiful over time
•Advanced Fujicolor Crystal Archive Technologies
•Resist fading for generations

Glossy finish prints are printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper

Glossy finish is a popular, standard finish. Some like glossy because of the crisp picture, vibrant colors, and shiny finish. Glossy scans a lot better. On the downside, they can glare and are very susceptible to fingerprints and smudges.

Kodak ENDURA Metallic VC Digital Paper has opened a whole new dimension for commercial and portrait output. Its glossy finish and metallic appearance create images with exceptional visual interest and depth that will appeal to both photographers and display designers seeking a unique look. Color images are vibrant with flattering flesh tones. Black-and-white scenes are stunning, with dramatic impact and excellent contrast.

This paper uses a proprietary combination of film laminate layers to produce three-dimensional, outstanding, lasting images on an ultra-bright background. Many photographers have described this effect as “chrome on paper.” Its professional emulsion set provides extreme sharpness, brightness, and color saturation with an intense black density that increases its appeal. The proprietary laminate layers also increase the strength and tear resistance of the final print, increasing the opportunities for display applications.
